A Family Dedicated to Persian Pastry
Injy Baklava is more than a bakery — it's a bridge between cultures, a celebration of heritage, and a labor of love.
Our story began in Tehran over fifty years ago, when our grandparents first opened their bakery doors. They believed that great pastries required three things: quality ingredients, patient craftsmanship, and love. Those values guide us to this day.
Now in Ottawa, we're proud to share the authentic flavors of Persia with our community. Every piece of baklava, every pastry, every sweet is crafted using traditional methods and premium ingredients sourced directly from Iran.
